Objective

To allow as many people as possible to participate in the celebration of the 30th anniversary of the JET Programme, this campaign will provide a platform for current and former JET Programme participants from around the world, as well as residents of local communities in Japan that have had interactions with JET Programme participants, to share their own messages of thanks to the people they have grown close to through the JET Programme, or to the JET Programme itself.

Content

Submissions should be text, audio, or video messages of thanks to either someone involved with or met through one’s involvement in the JET Programme, such as a current or former JET Programme participant or person in the local communities of Japan involved with the JET Programme (local government staff, school staff, local residents etc.), or to the JET Programme itself.

Submitted messages, photographs, and videos will be uploaded to CLAIR’s SNS channels (Facebook, Twitter, and/or Youtube), and a selection of messages will be edited for viewing at the JET Programme 30th Anniversary Ceremony, and/or uploaded for viewing on the JET Programme Homepage.*
