PNP Celebrates 20th PCR Month Celebration

The PNP believes that a healthy police-community relationship is an essential part in maintaining a peaceful and orderly community. Thus, the PNP leadership reiterates its pronouncement that a police officers, whether they are in the investigation, intelligence or operations, must also act as PCR officers in the field. Every police officer should know how to interact and engage the community in order to generate an active support from them. The PNP leadership extends its heartfelt gratitude and appreciation to all the external stakeholders who continuously support the programs of the PNP to ensure a peaceful and orderly community. The PNP is hopeful that this partnership will continue to grow in the years to come. With the 20th Celebration of the PCR Month, the Police Regional Office ARMM shall undertake activities that will foster stronger police-community partnership. PRO ARMM will coordinate with the NAPOLCOM ARMM and other participating agencies of ARMM, LGUs, NGOs and other institutions, in furtherance of its objectives to enhance cooperation and collaboration with the community. Likewise, the Police Regional Office conducted a “Walk for Peace” on June 30, 2015 as one of the activities for 20th PCR Month Celebration. The Regional Director of the PRO encourages all its personnel and the public to join the activities for the 20th PCR Month and further encourages the public to continue in supporting the plans and programs of the PNP as providing reports on any unlawful activities through social media (Twitter - @PNPHotline / @ pnppio or Facebook Page – Philippine National Police) or through the following: Dial 117 or text 2920; and Isumbong Mo Kay TSIP 09178475757; while for PRO ARMM Social Media Accounts-@proarmm (twitter); pnp proarmm bulletin (Facebook Account).
