   Joint personnel of Mulondo MPS, LDSPPO and 1st PMFC LDSPPO arrested three (3) individuals for violation of R.A 9165 during the conduct of COMELEC Checkpoint at 2:25 PM of January 18, 2022 in Brgy. Dado, Mulondo, Lanao del Sur.

   Mulondo Municipal Police Station identified the suspects as Uri R. Locsin, male, 40 years old, married, businessman and a resident of Purok 2, Brgy. Bagontaas Valencia City; Ehjay B Sungahid, female, 27 years old, single, LGU official, and a resident of Purok 3, Brgy. 11, Malaybalay City; and Ruzel Jane Lawat, female, 28 years old, single, and a resident of Purok 11, Brgy. Impabalong, Malaybalay City.
 
   Recovered from their possession were one (1) transparent pack sealed with packing tape and four (4) medium transparent sachets containing substance believed to be “shabu”; Illegal drug paraphernalia; various identification cards; one (1) leather wallet containing an amount of fourteen (14) thousand pesos; and five (5) assorted cellular phones.
 
    Accordingly, operating troops blocked one orange MG ZS SUV with conduction sticker No. WO L955, ridden by the suspects, when it attempted to evade the checkpoint established at the said place. When confronted, PCPT MACABANTOG A BATAO Jr., Chief of Police, Mulondo MPS, saw one of the suspects hiding suspicious items under the car mat which led the troops to search the vehicle and found the suspected items believed to be “shabu”.
 
   The arrested suspects are now detained at Mulondo MPS and will be facing charges for violation of R.A 9165 (The Comprehensive Dangerous Drug Act of 2002).
