          UPI, Maguindanao - Due to the persistent effort and negotiation by the Tracker Team lead by Police Lieutenant Conrad V Rimando , DCOP, Upi Municipal Police Station, three (3) of the Top 10 Most Wanted Persons in the municipality of Upi voluntarily surrendered to PRO BAR authorities on February 15, 2021.

          Report from Maguindanao Police Provincial Office revealed that, Hon. Marlon Bansigan, Municipal Councilor of South Upi, assisted the turned over of the suspects at Upi Municipal Police Station. The suspects identified as: a. Datu Alejandro aka: Elmer S Alejandro aka: Elmar Santos Alejandro, 23y/o, married; b. Teting Untal aka: Jenilyn G. Untal, aka: Jeanilyn Gumbila Untal 16 y/o, female, single; and c. Ek Santos aka: Kerby Palua Santos, 17 y/o, single, all resident of Brgy. Blensong, Upi, Maguindanao, with standing Warrant of Arrest for the crime of Murder with Criminal Case No. 2020-11865 dated January 13, 2021.

            PRO BAR successfully conducts manhunt operations as the campaign against wanted person continues to intensify in the Bangsamoro Region.

             PBGEN Samuel P Rodrigues, RD, PROBAR said that the success of the manhunt operations is attributed to the intensified anti-criminality campaign of the PRO and the strong partnership and coordination between the police and the community.
