          PARANG, Maguindanao - The Police Regional Office of the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region was allotted with Four Hundred One (401) quota for CY 2020 1st and 2nd Cycle Patrolman/Patrolwoman Attrition Recruitment Program. After publication, Four Hundred Fifty Six (456) applicants consisting Three Hundred Fifty (350) males and One Hundred Six (106) females successfully accessed the Online Recruitment.

          Out of the Four Hundred Fifty Six (456) original number of applicants, only One Hundred Ninety Three (193) were left after passing the different stages of the recruitment process which includes Psychiatric and Psychological Examination (PPE), Physical, Medical and Dental Examination (PMDE), Drug Test (DT), Physical Agility Test (PAT) and Final Committee Interview and Deliberation.

          The recruitment board of PRO BAR delivered an intensive screening procedure and made sure that every applicant should pass the given standards of the PNP Recruitment Program.

          Police Brigadier General Samuel P Rodriguez, Regional Director, Police Regional Office Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in his speech emphasized that obedience, orderliness, humility and respect are the most important characters that the recruits need to develop. He stressed that the recruits must embrace a well-ordered world where all actions are within the mandates of the Philippine National Police.

          The 193 new recruits are now at the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region Training Center to undergo six months vigorous Public Safety Basic Recruit Course as a process of transformation from civilian to fine dashing men and women in uniform.
