Final Board for Qualified Police Applicants Kicked Off

After passing the Psychiatric Test, Medical/Dental Examinations and Physical Agility Test, a total of One Hundred Seventy Eight (178) fortunate applicants will undergo the final interview today, June 12, 2012 at the Conference Room, Admin Building of the Regional Headquarters, Police Regional Office of the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (PROARMM) before the Regional Screening and Selection Board (RSSB).
The applicants will do their best to convince the Board that they must be included in the Roster of PNP personnel of PROARMM.
PROARMM was allotted a quota of Two Hundred Two (202) for the Phase 1 Attrition Quota for the Calendar year 2012.

The RSSB is composed of PSSUPT JOEL MA T ALVAREZ, the Deputy Regional Director for Administration (DRDA), PROARMM as the Chairman; Atty Ysnaira Ibrahim, NAPOLCOM representative as Vice Chairman; PSSUPT MADID PAITAO, Chief, RPHRDD, PROARMM; Atty. Anangco, DILG representative; Atty. Anwar Malang, RPOC representative; and Prof. Carmen Echavez, Women’s Sector Representative as members.
PSSUPT ALVAREZ said that the present administration of PROARMM under the stewardship of Regional Director PCSUPT MARIO A AVENIDO vowed to select the most qualified applicants. “We will strictly observe the policies and procedures pertaining to recruitment process of new Police Officers 1 so that we will come up with the best among the applicants.” he added.
In support, RD AVENIDO has directed the Regional Intelligence Division of this PRO to intensify the conduct of the Background Investigation to all the remaining applicants in so far as their personnel circumstances and scholastic records are concern. ”Attitude is the basic thing to consider as we need the best of attitude in PRO ARMM. Likewise, we must persevere to fight bogus applicants. All credentials submitted must be subjected to scrutiny in its strictness sense;” he said.
The tentative schedule of the oath-taking of the Phase I Attrition Quota will be on July 2, 2012.
